Refund Policy
Last updated
If Team is not right for your organization, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full.
1. Who handles refunds
Paddle.com is our reseller and the Merchant of Record for all Nexus orders, so Paddle issues every refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days after the refund is approved.
2. How to ask for a refund
Within 14 days of the payment, do one of the following:
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email;
- go to paddle.net and find your order; or
- email saatvik333sharma@gmail.com with your organization name and the order number from your receipt. We will ask Paddle to refund you.
3. After a refund
A refund does not cancel Team or end it early. Team stays available until the end of the current billing period. To stop the next renewal, cancel Team as described in section 4; your organization then moves to Free limits when that period ends. Your organization and its workspaces remain, and you can upgrade again later.
4. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel Team at any time from the link in your Paddle subscription email or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. Team stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After the 14-day window, we do not refund unused time in a period.
5. Exceptions and your legal rights
We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud or repeated misuse of this policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, including statutory withdrawal rights, or under the Paddle Refund Policy. Where a law gives you a longer or broader right, that right applies.
The Free plan and test-mode checkouts involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
6. Contact
Saatvik Sharma, trading as Nexus, India. Questions about a payment or refund: saatvik333sharma@gmail.com. See also the Terms and Conditions.
