Terms and Conditions
Last updated
These terms are an agreement between you and Saatvik Sharma, a sole proprietor in India trading as Nexus (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use this website or the Nexus service, and when you buy a Nexus subscription.
1. Accepting these terms
By signing in or buying a subscription you accept these terms. If you use Nexus for a company or another organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you may do so. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The service
Nexus is a hosted workspace for software teams. It receives and reads issues, pull requests, CI runs and deployments from services that a workspace administrator connects, shows them in one place, gives coding agents scoped access to that information, and can make changes in connected services when they are approved.
We may improve or change features. If a change removes a material paid feature, we will tell organization owners at least 30 days before it takes effect.
3. Accounts and access
- You sign in with a GitHub or GitLab account. Keep that account secure.
- Organization owners, organization administrators and workspace administrators decide who joins and which role each person has. Removing a member ends their access, including access through their tokens.
- Any member who can edit a workspace can create access tokens for their coding agents. Only the member who created a token can see or revoke it. Workspace administrators can also disconnect any member’s connected apps. You are responsible for activity under your account and under tokens you create.
- Revoke a token or remove a member as soon as you suspect misuse, and tell us at saatvik333sharma@gmail.com about any security issue.
4. Your content and connected services
You keep all rights in the content you and your connected services send to Nexus. You allow us to host, copy, process and display that content only to run Nexus for you, keep it secure and meet legal obligations.
You confirm that you may connect each service and share its data with Nexus. Your use of a connected service is governed by that service’s own terms. Changes that Nexus makes in a connected service, such as a comment, a merge or a deployment, are made on your organization’s behalf and with its approval. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of connected services.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Nexus to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- upload malware or content you have no right to share;
- probe, attack or overload Nexus or a connected service, or get around usage limits or access controls;
- access another organization’s data, or resell Nexus without our written consent.
6. Plans, prices and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Team costs $29 per organization per month. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing. Current allowances are listed on the pricing page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment, tax and invoices, and the Paddle Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Paddle adds any applicable tax at checkout.
- Team renews every month until you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, Team stays available for 7 days while payment is retried. After that, your organization moves to Free limits.
- We warn you at 80% of a monthly allowance and stop accepting more of that usage at 100%. We never charge automatically for overage.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
- When checkout is marked as test mode, it runs in Paddle’s sandbox and no payment is taken. We may end Team access that was obtained through a test checkout.
7. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. The Refund Policy explains how.
8. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using Nexus at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close an account or organization that breaks these terms, puts other customers or Nexus at risk, or does not pay. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide Nexus with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we provide no uptime commitment on the Free or Team plans. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Nexus in that period, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We will publish any change on this page and update the date above. For a change that reduces your rights, we will tell organization owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Nexus after that date, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
